The TerraSync™ software is powerful field software, designed for fast and efficient data collection and maintenance. Teamed up with a supported Trimble® GPS receiver and a field computer of your choice, it' s all you need to capture high-quality data for informed decision making.

Data collection is quick and easy, whether you' re collecting identical assets, or a range of assets with many different attributes. To maintain data integrity, you can create a data dictionary so that features, attributes, and acceptable attribute values match your GIS data structure. The TerraSync software' s flexible design and quality control functions enable you to tailor settings and data collection methods to suit your requirements. Smart time-saving features make verifying and updating data easy too.

You can differentially correct your data back in the office, use real-time differential GPS, or both— the choice is yours. For extra precision, collect H-Star™ data with a GPS Pathfinder® ProXRT receiver, a GPS Pathfinder ProXH™ receiver, or a GeoXH™ handheld. Alternatively, with a GeoXT™ or Juno™ series handheld, or a ProXT™ receiver, you can achieve optimal GPS code postprocessing accuracy with the new Trimble DeltaPhase™ technology.

The TerraSync software is available in two editions: Standard and Professional. The TerraSync Standard edition software is ideal for data collection tasks. With a simple, intuitive interface and user-defined pick-lists, you can collect any point, line, or area asset and its attribute information with speed and efficiency. The TerraSync Professional edition software offers everything that the Standard version offers, and more. It is ideal for data maintenance tasks. It' s simple to upload existing GIS data for relocation, verification, and attribute and position update. You can filter and sort your data to pinpoint the feature you need to revisit, and a graphical navigation screen guides you right back to it.
