The State Joint Stock Foreign Trade Company  « Uzinterimpex » was established in 1991 and operates in the system of the Ministry foreign economic relations, investments and trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The main sphere of activity of SJSC  « Uzinterimpex » includes carrying out of export-import operations, provision of intermediary and consulting services and attraction of foreign investments through creation of joint ventures both within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad.
SJSC  « Uzinterimpex » has experience of working in the sphere of international trade and represents one of the biggest foreign trade companies of the Republic with the annual turnover exceeding about USD 1 billion. Most of the turnover comprises export of cotton trading, annual export of which exceeds 300 thousands metric tons.
The nomenclature of export of the Company is becoming wider every year at the expense of non cotton production.
Long-term experience of Companyâ € ™ s cooperation with the Far abroad and South East Asia countries expand export of a cotton fibreâ € ™ s geography.
The company cooperates with firms and companies, and also direct supplies to consumers of a cotton fibre of following countries and regions:
- Eastern and south-Eastern Asia ( more particularly China, South Korea, Bangladesh, Singapore, Malaysia)
- CIS countries ( more particularly Russia)
- European countries

Certify and quality control of cotton fiber are realized by the Uzbek Center  « SIFAT » . At present the Uzbek Center  « SIFAT  » represents an independent organization for certifying and controlling of the quality of cotton fiber, linter, technical seeds of raw cotton, cotton wool and hygroscopic cotton products. There are laboratories of the Uzbek Centre  « SIFAT » in all the of the republic, equipped with highly technological systems of  « HVI » and other modern controlling of the quality of linters, wool and technical seeds of raw cotton. Upon receipt of results of testing, the Customer is produced with the Certificate of conformity for the portion of tested cotton products.
The activity of SJSC  « Uzinterimpex » is concluded in export of cotton yarn and fabrics, ready textile products, fresh, dry and canned fruits and vegetables, construction materials, non-ferrous metals, corn product as well as import of equipment and modern technology.
The volume of non-cotton productâ € ™ s export are increasing and extending export geography year by year.
Company carries out export: agricultural products, textile products, chemical, cement, copper and cabel products.
