These are separable axial bearings that manufactured in both sinle and double direction-acting designs.

To aid simple mounting or dismounting, the bearing washers, seatings, cage and assemblies may be individually mounted.

Thrust ball bearings can accept comparatively high axial loads but they cannot be exposed to any radial forces. They are only suited for low to medium operating speeds and require minimum axial loads to achieve their optimum performance.
