Scope of our services :
Industrial manufacturing, services, contracting, hygiene, and plantation

What we need :
1. Fill the Quotation request form and send to us
2. Send us last communication e-mail between client ( customer)
and supplier to ensure both parties agree to hold source
inspection to arrange audit schedule & further information
of supplier ( Auditee) due to size of company, and their
organization' s wing.
3. Authorization letter to assign SQS Service as client' s
representative to conduct inspection on site at supplier
area.
4. Optional
If the client has special requirement and sending their audit
criteria, SQS Services will customize the service fully as per
client request.

What the output :
SQS Services will deliver full information of inspection result with summary based from the fact during inspection.
The package of audit or inspection result, email communication, authorization from Client and confidentiality SQS Services Statement. The package will be compacted and secured to prevent disclosure of information to other un-authorize organization or individual.

Our service covers Southeast Asia reqion but we will expand if required by our client.
