Fine Paste Red 5548.
Warm red shade fine paste with outstanding light fastness and alkali resistance. Fine paste Red 5548 exhibits excellent resistance to discolouration at higher pH, particularly on freshly prepared lime surfaces. Pinks and light pale tints exhibit good shade stability
General Technical Characteristics
Hydrophilic, highly concentrated, readily pourable binder free pigment preparation, containing non-ionic dispersing agent and bactericide. They mix readily into aqueous media to form stable dispersions. They are miscible with one another in any ratio and compatible with most aqueous emulsion systems.
The required colour strength can be achieved by less quantity of fine dispersion than conventional dispersions. This implies that the amount of additions to the coating or paint for the standard colour is minimal.
All Fine paste are fully dispersed and need only to be stirred to achieve full colour strength. Energy costs for additional grinding are completely eliminated as grinding is not required or recommended.
Fine pastes are recommended in colouration of plastic emulsion paints, oil bound distempers, wood stains, latex, soaps etc.
Fine pastes are fully protected against microbial spoilage by special world class proven additive systems to enable longer shelf life of the products themselves and the end products too.
