Digital 9000 Series includes an adjustable 8X viewing magnifier arm that folds and a large LCD display that eliminates subjective interpretation and makes stored temperature data available at a glance.

Digital 9000 Series has a heating chamber that is an aluminum heating block, which avoids the hazards and mess associated with oil baths.

Models IA9100, IA9200 and IA9300 have a temperature range of ambient to 400° C and are designed for melting point determinations using glass capillary tubes.

Performance

* Digital microprocessor with 0.1° C resolution provides fast warm up and accurate temperature control and operates without the need for a mercury thermometer.
* Three beeps indicate the oven temperature is stable and it is time to place the sample in the oven.
* Simple push-button controls are conveniently located so you can easily record temperatures without looking away from your sample.
* RS-232 output connector allows interface with the optional PR2000B printer or a computer. ( Models IA9200, IA9300 and IA9400 only.)
* Units can be calibrated in the field or returnedent to us for calibration.

Model IA9100 records four discrete temperatures when you push the Go To button.

* One fixed temperature ramp rate is 1° C/ min.
* Fast ramp rate of 10° C/ min. can be used if the melt temperature is unknown. This helps you find an approximate measurement of melt temperature.
* Temperature data can be stored temporarily and recalled on the LCD display.

Model IA9200 records up to four discrete temperatures when you push the Go To button.

* Five fixed temperature ramp rates are 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0° C/ min.
* Programmable ramp rates are from 0.2 to 10.0° C/ min. in 0.1° C increments.
* Up to 1000 batches of data can be stored. Data can be recalled and viewed on the LCD display or printed.
* Real time clock function records or prints dates and times.

Model IA9300 conforms to U.S. Pharmacopeia requirements and is used to recording beginning and ending points ( melting point ranges) of each of three samples.

* Pre-programmed ramp rates are 1° C/ min.
* Programmable ramp rates are from 0.2 to 10.0° C/ min. in 0.1° C increments.
* Batch memory stores up to 500 sets of data, which can be recalled on the LCD display or printed.
* Each data set contains the beginning and ending points for each of the three samples.
* Real time clock function records or prints dates and times.
* LED indicator light identifies which of the three capillary tubes is being viewed and recorded.
