Helical Flow Meters in Standard Design ( SRZ)

Flow meters for epoxy resigns, PVC and underbody sealants, anti-flutter materials, adhesives, polyurethane, polymers, sealants, petrochemicals and thixotropical fluids, grease, oil, glues, heavy fuel oil.

Specification :

- Measuring range: 0.01… 400 l/ min

- Viskosity: max. 1× 10^ 6 mm² / s

- Linearity: ± 0, 25 % of actual value

- Pressure: max. 400 bar

- Fluid temperature: up to + 150 ° C ( higher temperatures on request)

Helical flow meters are positive displacement meters with a very favourable pressure drop behaviour. They are therefore perfectly suited for the flow measurement of very high viscosity fluids.

Thanks to wide measuring ranges, high accuracy and resolution helical flow meters are an excellent choice for laminating systems, painting systems, adhesive dispense systems, PUR systems as well as batching systems for various fluids.
