These syringe filter units are useful for small volume filtration of liquids or gasses or other material-specific applications. Available with filter membranes of the following materials:

MCE ( Nitrocellulose)
Product Features :
- Higher protein binding than cellulose acetate for most proteins
- High porosity provides high flow rate
- Naturally hydrophilic membrane filter

Cellulose Acetate
Product Features
- Low protein binding: suitable for aqueous protein solutions
- Nitrate-free: suitable for groundwater filtration
- Naturally hydrophilic membrane filter

PTFE Hydrophilic
Product Features
- Good chemical and pH resistace: suitable for HPLC filtration

PTFE Hydrophobic
Product Features
- Use as a vent or to protect vacuum pumps

Nylon

- Strong membranes with high thermostability
- Compatible with aqueous and organic solutions ( except acids and bases) , including most HPLC solvents
