All our XXL industrial ovens are strongly ventilated for the accuracy and homogeneity of the temperature in the chamber.
Our XXL industrial ovens are easy to use, having both functional and practical equipment, at very reasonable prices. They are designed to operate up to 200° C or 300° C as an option.

A solid construction for lasting performance.
 Ten standard sizes from 1m3 to 24m3.
 Inner casing of electro galvanized steel.
 The outer casing is made of sheet steel, finished in a tough stoved epoxy paint ( color light grey RAL7035) .
 No contact between inner and outer casing and an optimised insulation minimises heat dissipation.
 The walls and the door are insulated with glasswool, safe for users. The insulation is 110mm thick, ensuring efficient operation, low external temperatures and excellent thermal stability.
 The insulation and the gasket are asbestos-free.
Heating:
The tubular heating elements are sheathed, made of stainless steel ideally place around the fans. No wear, acoustic noise solid state relays are used for activating and desactivating the heating element.
Maximum heating speed is achieved thanks to our heating elements and to our top quality insulation. A well insulated oven avoids energy losses, and finally reduces a lot the energy cost!
Internal fan for air circulation:
All ovens are fan circulated models. The air flow speeds up the drying process and events the temperature distribution within the oven.
The centrifugal blower is located at the top of the oven, shielded from the workspace by a stainless steel baffle.
Air is drawn into the fan from the top in the center of the oven and passes over the temperature sensor and the sheathed heating elements. The heated air is distribued in the bottom of the oven through the whole width and then re-circulated by the fan.
The air circulation cannot be stopped, but as an option, a variator can be installed to adjust the circulation speed.
Exhaust air, fresh air supply:
Through access vent, fresh air is provided and pre-heated before entering the chamber.
One or several 80, 100 or 150 mm diameter exhaust vents ( depending on the model) are provided with an adjustable valve to control the exhaust air flow. A mechanical extraction can be added as an option, to increase the exhaust air flow. As an option, an anti-dust filter can be added.
Temperature control & safety:
Temperature sensor is a Pt100 probe. The temperature is controlled by a precise microprocessor based-controller that provides a high accuracy and prevents the set temperature from being exceeded.
The PID digital controller C3000 digitally displays the set and actual values of temperature, and incorporates a heat indicator lamp.
There are two levels of safety:
- an independent over temperature thermostat cut out with an adjustable upper limit, roughly controls the temperature above the main electronic controller set point, giving a class 3.1 protection.
- another over temperature thermostat cut out with an adjustable upper limit, stops the heating to protect the oven, giving a class 2 protection.
The control panel houses an ON/ OFF switch and a fault indicator lamp which lights, when a safety thermostat comes into operation.
