CONSTRUCTION:
  Eight models with interior volumes from 27 to 980 liters.
  The inner casing is made of corrosion resistant stainless steel, bright polished.
  The outer casing is made of steel plate, finished with a tough stoved epoxy paint ( white colour RAL9002) .
  No contact between inner and outer casing and an optimised insulation minimise heat dissipation and provide a quick heating up.
  The walls and the door are insulated with glasswool, safe for users. The insulation is 50mm of glasswool, ensuring efficient operation, low external temperatures and excellent thermal stability.
  The silicone rubber gasket provides an efficient seal between the door and the oven body.
  The specially designed 2-point door closure seals the door securely.
  The door is hinged on the right hand side.

INTERNAL FAN FOR AIR CIRCULATION:
For the XBV ventilated incubators : the air flow speeds up the drying process and evens the temperature distribution within the oven.
The fan and heaters are in the rear of the oven, shileded from the workspace by a stainless steel baffle.
Air si drawn into the fan from the center of the oven and passes over the temperature sensor and the sheated heater elements. The heated air is distributed around the baffle to both left and right and then re-circulated by the fan.

FRESH AIR SUPPLY, EXHAUST AIR:
Through access vent, fresh air is provided and pre-heated before entering the chamber.
A 30mm diameter exhaust vent is provided with an adjustable valve to control the exhaust air flow.

EQUIPMENT:
Shelves are wire-meshed. Multiple position shelving for convenient loading/ unloading. Shelf supports are provided with anti-tilting feature. Additional shelves are available as accessories.

A 20mm diameter access port with silicone cork is fitted as standard in the left hand wall of the oven.
