LED traffic signals are moisture, dust and vibration resistant . They are UV stablized and can withstand ultraviolet exposure.
Electrical Specifications
1. LED traffic signals have a control system that produce appropriate operation voltage.
2. Operation Voltage

• Operation voltage of LED traffic signals shall be 50 V ± 220 V and have the frequency of 50 Hz.

3. Electrical isolation
• The isolator surface of LED traffic signals can bear electrical voltage of 1000VAC. ( Isolator resistance is more than 30 M& .)

6. Optical Specifications
• The luminous intensity of 200mm diameter LED traffic signals in 25° C is 200 candle.
7. For green and red signals, appropriate time of measuring luminous intensity is 5 minute and for yellow signals is immediately after turning on.
• Luminous intensity of arrow signals is more than 400 m* m candle.

11. LED signals are designed in a way that its illumination changes in accordance with light of environment. This reduction is in the way that luminous intensity of all the LEDs reduce in the same quantity.
12. This luminous intensity reduction is continous. The minimum luminous intensity in - 2.5° vertical angle and -2.5° horizontal angle is not below 30% of licensable minimum low voltage.

15. When there is no shell in the back of module, LED signals can work in the temperature of -20 to + 75° C.

Technical specification:

1. LED traffic module LEDs are made of anti UV polycarbonte, moisture and dust resistant materials.
2. The lenses’ colour endurance is 5 years and can work at temperature between -40° to + 80° C.
3. The lenses are transparent and without bleb. Their surface are reflective.
4. In the inner part of flat and convex lenses, there is fissures that distribute light in different sides and prevent from refraction.

2 : Technical specification of LED traffic signal body:
1. All the parts of Alton Ray Company’ s traffic signal bodies are made of black-coloured polycarbonate materials. They are anti UV and moisture and dust resistant. They also can work in temerature between -35 to + 85° C.
It is important to know that LED traffic signal bodies are made of recyclable polymer materials and they are environment friendly.
2. Traffic signal body specifications:
• Melting point: 285° C.
• Resistance to tensile: 59 kg/ cm2
• Glass transition temperature: 150° C
• Relative elongation: 52.5%
3. All the parts of traffic signal bodies are designed in a way that can be opened, closed and replaced easily.
4. Allthe sizes and dimensions are in accordance with European Standards.
5. All the traffic signal poles and its joints are designed in a way that can be adjusted to vertical axis. Its poles are very firm and they are replaceable. They will not deflect or bend easily.

9. LED traffic signal body has three seperate houses that connect together with three screw. There are signal poles in upper and lower part of traffic signal that help to install signal to the traffic signal pillar. It help to adjust appropriate visual angle and a cable that go through it.

11. Lens is made of transparent polycarbonate materials. It has appropriate resistance to work in
environment and its colour garranty is 5 years.
