Chandra, Huang architect is a design consulting firm in the field of Architecture and Interior services. Besides Architecture and Interior design consultantation we, Chandra , Huang architect also provide services in building construction and interior and furniture manufacturing to create a total Design and Built solutions.

SCOPE OF SERVICE OF ARCHITECTURAL AND INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTATION

- Design Concept ; collecting information, arrange a design concept to meet the purpose, need and good design.
- Design Development ; to ripen the design concept as a whole
- Working Drawing ; to obtain clearness in the construction execution as to be able to realize physically and adequately the design concept reflected in the design
- Periodical Visitation ; not as daily leader, but to act in the interest of the client in matter related to the technical execution of the physical construction work

SCOPE OF SERVICE OF BUILDING AND INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION

- Bill of Quatity ; preparing BQ for owner, selecting material to be use to meet the owner needs.
- Shop Drawing ; presenting a more detailed drawing to owner as it come to a spesific detail.
- Quality Control ; a project manager will control the progress periodicaly and a site supervisor will stay incharge of the project as a daily controller.
