[ Features] Contact adhesive ( contact cement) is a multi-purpose contact adhesive with perfect performance of strong bonding ability, acid and alkaline resistance, durable, fast dry, and long service life.
[ Scope of Application]
It is widely used for bonding or repair hard-to-contact materials, like fireproof plate, aluminum-plastic plate, PVC board, plywood, asbestos board and so on.
[ Using Method]
1. Dust, oil, moisture and other impurities should be removed from the bonding parts.
2. Mix the adhesive evenly according to the specified proportion, use an adhesive mixing knife to apply adhesive to the stone bonding parts, press the bonding parts with a fixture and place the stone for curing. The stone can be put into the following processing after 24-hour curing at room temperature; at low temperature in winter, after the preliminarily cured stone is heated to 50-60centigrade and laid for 2-3 hours, the stone can be put into the next processing.
3 Special toner can be added into the adhesive according to the different colors of stones and adjust it into a color similar to that of the stone; the maximum adding volume of toner is 5‰ of the adhesive amount.
4. Before curing, scrub the superfluous adhesive squeezed out of the bonding parts with a cloth dipped with a small amount of alcohol or acetone.
