BARRIER GATE ELCOM
Elcom series barrier Gate is an electromechanical
automatic barrier that suitable
use in the cluster of residential,
parking area, condomium and
building entrance.
It has operating speed up to 2, 2
seconds per cycle for boom 4
meters or shorter. The longest
boom that can operated up to 6
meters length which will required
8 second travelling time.
In the event of power off, a crank
handle is provided for moving the
boom manually.
Main Charateristic :
- Steel frame and structure is
fully hot grip gavanized with
Powder coated finishing to ensure
against corrosion.
- Easily change the position from
right to left hand.
- Installation of barrier to ground
is simplified, with the ready
provided holes for mounting.
- Air cooled electric motor
coupled to oil bath warm gear
box.
- Easy access to fine of boom
position.

Intelligent processor auto detect open / close accurately
without limit switch.
Unique lever design and smart motor control eliminate
bouncing at end position and allow swift arm movement.
Clutch can be conveniently released for manual operation
without opening top cover.
AC motor is more powerful and maintenance free.
Arm is self-locked even at power failure to avoid tampering.
Arm will auto-reverse when hitting an obstacle during closing.
Arm will swing out if hit directly ( only BR510) .
Additional photo beam and traffic light ( red & green) can be added to further enhance safety. Built-in MCB to protect
against electric hazard.
Sturdy and strong housing ( 2.5 mm thickness mild steel) .
Housing is polished, phosphorized and further finished with plastic coating to ensure long lasting bright colors.

PANEL BARRIER GATE ( HOUSING)
Panel dibuat dari 14 baut baja dalam lembaran berlapis seng pada kerangka dasar stainless steel, lalu fosfat dan bubuk mantel untuk perlindungan yang maksimal terhadap korosi.
Control unit dipasang pada removable baja lembaran berlapis seng panel. Semua komponen dalam panel bisa diakses melalui pintu dan removable .
Panel di cat dalam warna orange color, Warna lain yang tersedia sesuai permintaan, dan tentunya dengan biaya tambahan.
