I Seller guarantees, under legal and personal responsibility and with total authority, that the Product is free of any encumbrances or liens, is clean, clear and of non criminal origin, and that it shall sell and deliver the Product subject matter of the present Contract in the amounts and quality herein specified, within the Clauses stipulated in this agreement, and I, Souleymane Kone (Mr.) of Passport No: A1411661 wish to inform you that we are located in the above administrative office and our mining site is at Waogyande, Village in the Western Region of Burkina Faso.Seller/Mandate agrees and warrants selling AU Gold in the form of Gold Dust also referred to as “Alluvial gold dust of 92.50% Fineness or better� . Buyer/Mandate agrees and warrants, purchasing the Seller's Gold Dust as per the conditions herein stated. NOW THEREFORE: In consideration of the promises and mutual covenants herein set forth, both Parties agree to the Terms and Conditions as follows:

FINENESS: 92.50% or better

PRICE: USD$15,500.00 per kg

COMMISSIONS: USD$yyy00.00 per kg, as indicated in ANNEX D

ORIGIN: The Republic of Burkina Faso

TOTAL QTY: 580 kg over 6 months, with possible rollovers and extensions

That The Seller guarantees that said Product is not connected directly or indirectly, to the Illegal drugs trade, war weapons, or from any other Illegal activity, and MODE OF PAYMENT: Buyer’s issue Confirmable BANK GUARANTEE VIA MT766 –PROOF OF FUND or CONFIRMABLE BANK DRAFT as collateral, and copy to the SELLERS to confirm from the sellers bank the original HARD COPY of the BANK DRAFT should be kept with the buyer pending the arrival of the goods with our representative that will accompanies the goods to the buyers destination and after the final assay the buyer will handover the ORIGINAL of the bank draft to our Representative.
