Grinding Mills ( Flour Mills â Emery Mill Stones) Type in Indian & Danish: Grinding mills are available in Horizontal & Vertical type models ranging from 10â ( 25 CM) to 36â ( 90 CM) . Vertical type mill made of Cast Iron and Horizontal type is made of M.S. Steel. Mills are fitted with bearings, shaft, hopper and equipped with extra hard quality Emery Flour Mill Stones that produce cool flour. WE ARE MANUFACTURING ALL MODEL MILLS AVAILABLE IN THE INTERNATIONAL MARKET INCLUDES 600 mm EUROPA HORIZONTAL TYPE MILLS & MILL STONES. 2. Emery Mill Stones: The grinding media in the Grinding Mill is Millstones. Selected abrasives are used to manufacture millstones. Our manufactured millstones have proven track record since last 50 Years. 3. Corn Mills: ( Plate types) Corn Mills are available in size 1A & 2A. We have designed Corn Mill on bearing technology resulting less power consumption and smooth operation/ performance. This mill give best grinding result for wet grinding. The steel plates are made of alloy castings. 4. Rotary Oil Mills: We are manufacturing Rotary Oil Mills capacity 15 Kg. per hour. This is a unique machine for farmers and small towns. We can also offer big size Oil Expeller up to 1000 Kg. per hour capacity. 5. Graded C. I. Castings: Our factory is equipped with Graded C.I. Castings Division having capacity of casting of any kind of items including Building hardware, Engineering castings, automobile castings etc. We under take all casting jobs. 6. Stone Crusher/ Pulverizers: Our stone crusher and Pulverizers are suitable for any kind of mineral grinding. We are manufacturing Mineral Processing Plant up to 20 ton per hour capacity and undertake turnkey project. Our mineral processing plants are widely used in Steel & Glass industries. 7. Iodized Salt Machineries: We are manufacturing iodized salt/ refined salt Plant as per UNICEF specifications. We are also supplying the Machinery for making iodized salt and Salt Refinery Plant. 8. Project Machineries: We undertake project consultation, implementation supply of machinery, arrangement of finance, preparation of Engineering details and also under take Project on turnkey basis. We manufacture Salt Refinery & Iodisation Plant, Mineral processing & Grinding Plant, Abrasive processing & Grinding plant, Flour/ Dal/ Oil Mill plants & other projects. 9. Emery, Abrasives & Minerals: We are manufacturing emery grains in our automatic Grinding & grading plant, as per BS specification in required grits. We are also manufacturing coated abrasives; i.e. Emery paper, & Emery cloth, belt, Magnesite powder, Quartz powder etc. 10. Agricultural machines: - We manufacture agricultural machines, which include chef cutter, agriculture water pumps, plough, harrow and tools. 11.
