Contract procedure and details:
1. Buyer submits LOI with Banking Information and Soft Probe Permission.
2. Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
3. Buyer aacept FCO, confirmed by signed and seal on the FCO, then reply with an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) with full banking details, Refinery Numbers, Letter of Authority to th full banking detail, ARAMCO Registration Numbers, Refinery details, Letter Of Authority to Represent the Refinery to ARAMCO and arrange for contract Allocation, confirmation of Funds Letter (Annexure 111) & Letter of Authority to verify.
4. Seller issue DraftContract for Buyer's review.
5. Buyer sign and seal and returns the signed Contract to the Seller for signature.
6. After verification of the above by the Seller, the Seller issues 6 Hard Copy Originals and sends to Buyer by DHL.
