Sarana DiFa Utama bergerak di bidang konsultan dan produsen material ketekniksipilan. Latar belakang pendirian Sarana DiFa Utama berawal dari kondisi teknologi ketekniksipilan Indonesia yang masih banyak memanfaatkan teknologi dan material dari luar Indonesia.
Pada sisi lain potensi sumber daya alam Indonesia yang sangat berlimpah, belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Hasil pembangunan selama ini, terutama pengembangan sumber daya manusia, telah berhasil melahirkan anak-anak bangsa yang menguasai ilmu dan teknologi setara dengan bangsa lain di dunia, termasuk di bidang ketekniksipilan. Terdorong oleh semangat kejayaan bangsa Indonesia pada masa silam, pembentukan Sarana DiFa Utama diharapkan dapat dijadikan wadah bagi aplikasi dan pengembangan teknologi yang dikuasai anak-anak bangsa, terutama di bidang ketekniksipilan.
Langkah awal yang dilakukan Sarana DiFa Utama adalah memproduksi bahan kimia penstabil tanah ( soil stabilization) . Selain itu juga Sarana DiFa Utama mengembangkan metode stabilisasi tanah untuk konstruksi bangunan yag berada di tanah lunak ( soft soil) dan tanah gambut ( peat soil) . Selain itu juga Sarana DiFa Utama juga mengembangkan mikroba dan metode bioremediasi untuk pencemar minyak bumi. Sarana DiFa Utama juga telah memiliki mikroorganisme pendegradasi parafinic yang dapat diaplikasikan pada pipa minyak yang mengalami penyumbatan ( clogging) . Pengembangan produk â € “ produk hasil riset juga dilakukan, terutama untuk aplikasi pada proses produksi pertambangan, minyak dan gas bumi, lingkungan dan material baru untuk ketekniksipila
PT. DMK juga bergerak pada bidang konsultan. Sarana DiFA Utama telah mengerjakan desain jalan raya, jembatan, irigasi persawahan dan irigasi pasang surut untuk tambak, pelabuhan laut dan perancangan pembangkit listrik mikrohidro ( PLTMA) .

Profil Produk
DiFA Soil Stabilizer adalah bahan stabilisasi dan pemadatan ( solidifikasi) tanah dan juga sebagai zat additif untuk mempertahankan fungsi tanah terutama kesuburannya, produk ini berupa material serbuk halus/ tepung terdiri dari komposisi logam dan garam/ mineral anorganik dan lain-lain, bersumber dari air laut, aman untuk makhluk hidup dan ramah lingkungan.
Fungsi Material DiFa Soil Stabilizer
Apabila partikel tanah kita lihat secara mikroskopis, maka pada permukaan tanah tersebut terdapat lapisan air yang tipis, kira-kira ketebalannya 0, 5 m. Lapisan ini memiliki kekuatan yang luar biasa, kira-kira 2.000 kg untuk setiap 1 cm2, untuk memindahkan lapisan air ini, dibutuhkan energi yang besar. Sifat air yang melekat ini agak berbeda dengan air biasa yang kita ketahui. 1 cc = 1 gram pada suhu 40C untuk air normal, tetapi air ini adalah 1 cc = 1, 4 gram. Air ini dapat bergerak dengan arah horizontal tetapi tidak dapat bergerak secara vertikal. Air inilah yang menghambat semen menjadi keras. Terbentuknya humus adalah dengan melarutnya tanaman-tanaman yang sudah mati kedalam air yang menempel pada permukaan tanah dan humus ( humic acid/ RCOOH) ini menghambat terjadinya kontak antara kation kalsium ( Ca+ + ) pada semen dan anion ( -) dari partikel-partikel tanah

DIFA SOIL STABILIZER â € “ New Material and Consultan
Di dunia ini ketergantungan terhadap jalan terus berkembang seiring dengan kebutuhan akan sarana dan prasarana transportasi. Pembangunan yang didasari dengan teknologi dan keterlibatan mesin-mesin canggih yang mulai diperkenalkan juga belum bisa meningkatkan pembangunan dan mengatasi masalah mengenai jalan raya. Bidang stabilisasi tanah mampu merekayasa tanah sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya dukung dan memperbaiki sifat tanah. Sehingga dengan mempergunakan proses stabilisasi tanah, tanah yang ada dapat ditingkatakan menjadi bahan konstruksi jalan, menggantikan fungsi batu pada lapisan pondasi bawah ( LPB) dan atau lapisan pondasi atas ( LPA) dari struktur perkerasan jalan.
Stabilisasi tanah dapat dilakukan secara mekanik, fisik dan kimiawi. Stabilisasi tanah secara mekanik antara lain dengan pemadatan ( compaction) dan drainase vertikal ( vertical drainage) ; Stabilisasi secara fisik antara lain dengan perbaikan gradasi tanah dengan menambahkan butiran tanah yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai gradasi baik ( well graded) dari keadaan sebelumnya ( poor graded) . Stabilisasi secara kimiawi antara lain dengan mempergunakan bitumen, kapur, polymer dan bahan kimia lain.

DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® adalah bahan aditif yang berfungsi untuk memadatkan ( solidifikasi) dan menstabilkan ( stabilizer) tanah secara fisik â € “ kimia yang berupa material serbuk halus terdiri dari komposisi mineral anorganik. DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® dikemas pada kantong 25 kg dengan karung plastik dan dikemas juga pada kantong 1 kg dengan menggunakan kantung plastik. Semua jenis tanah dapat distabilisasi dengan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® . Terutama pada tanah di daerah kurang batu dan pasir.

Dalam penggunaannya di lapangan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® tidak bisa bekerja sendiri, tetapi selalu dipadukan dengan unsur-unsur lainnya yaitu tanah, semen, dan air. Tahapan yang harus dilakukan untuk penentuan jumlah semen dan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® adalah sebagai berikut:

3. Menentukan jumlah DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® .

2. CARA BASAH
Metode pelaksanaan dengan cara basah secara garis besar sama dengan metode pelaksanaan cara kering. Pada metode kering, pencampuran larutan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® + tanah + semen dilakukan secara bertahap. Untuk lebih jelasnya, metode pelaksanaan dengan cara basah adalah sebagai berikut :
1. Perataan tanah
2. Pencampuran larutan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® + tanah + semen, kemudian diaduk dengan menggunakan excavator atau rotary mixer.
3. Penghamparan material.
4. Pekerjaan finishing.
PERBANDINGAN JALAN DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® DENGAN JALAN BATU
JALAN DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® :
1. Meningkatkan daya dukung tanah dasar.
2. Tebal lapisan penganti LPA dan LPB cukup 20 cm, karena CBR dapat didesain e100% ( desain berdasarkan beban dan volume lalu lintas yang setara) .
3. Ikatan antara partikel bersifat mikro.
4. Tidak memerlukan penyiraman air untuk mencegah debu.
5. Mampu meningkatkan produktifitas tanaman karena tidak ada debu yang menutup stomata daun.
6. Lapisan jalan bersifat kedap air, sehingga air hujan yang jatuh tidak masuk ke tanah di bawah badan jalan. Jika tanah dasar jalan adalah tanah ekspansif dengan kembang susut yang besar, maka jalan tidak menjadi bergelombang
7. Struktur di atas jalan DIFA SOIL STABILIZER, dapat dilapisi dengan beton ( highway, landasan pacu pesawat) , aspal atau hotmix.
8. Saat musim hujan, tidak perlu penambahan batu. Jalan akan bertambah kuat jika terendam air ( sesudah umur jalan 21 hari )
9. Jika dilapisi lapisan aus ( aspal, hotmix) lapisan jalan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® tidak terlepas, meskipun aspal rusak ringan.
10. Beban kendaraan lebih merata karena nilai modulus elastisitas lebih besar dari tanah.
JALAN BATU:
1. Tidak dapat meningkatkan daya dukung tanah dasar jalan.
2. Tebal LPA dan LPB , masing-masing 30 cm dan 20 cm, dengan CBR 50% dan 80% . Sulit mendapatkan batu dengan CBR = 100%
3. Tidak ada ikatan antara batu, saling terlepas.
4. Jika jalan dari tanah, saat hujan licin dan saat kemarau berdebu.
5. Debu mengurangi produktifitas tanaman hingga 20% .
6. Lapisan jalan lolos air, sehingga air hujan yang jatuh masuk ke tanah di bawah badan jalan.
7. Harga batu mahal, karena harus didatangkan dari luar daerah lokasi.
8. Pada musim hujan lapisan batu masuk ke dalam badan jalan, sehingga perlu ditambahkan batu setiap musim hujan.
9. Meskipun dengan aspal jika aspal rusak, lapisan batu ( LPA â € “ LPB) ikut terlepas.
10. Beban kendaraan terpusat ke tanah, sehingga tanah dasar cepat rusak.

DiFA Soil Stabilizer adalah bahan stabilisasi dan pemadatan ( solidifikasi) tanah dan juga sebagai zat additif untuk mempertahankan fungsi tanah terutama kesuburannya, produk ini berupa material serbuk halus/ tepung terdiri dari komposisi logam dan garam/ mineral anorganik dan lain-lain, bersumber dari air laut, aman untuk makhluk hidup dan ramah lingkungan.
Fungsi Material DiFa Soil Stabilizer
Apabila partikel tanah kita lihat secara mikroskopis, maka pada permukaan tanah tersebut terdapat lapisan air yang tipis, kira-kira ketebalannya 0, 5 m. Lapisan ini memiliki kekuatan yang luar biasa, kira-kira 2.000 kg untuk setiap 1 cm2, untuk memindahkan lapisan air ini, dibutuhkan energi yang besar. Sifat air yang melekat ini agak berbeda dengan air biasa yang kita ketahui. 1 cc = 1 gram pada suhu 40C untuk air normal, tetapi air ini adalah 1 cc = 1, 4 gram. Air ini dapat bergerak dengan arah horizontal tetapi tidak dapat bergerak secara vertikal. Air inilah yang menghambat semen menjadi keras. Terbentuknya humus adalah dengan melarutnya tanaman-tanaman yang sudah mati kedalam air yang menempel pada permukaan tanah dan humus ( humic acid/ RCOOH) ini menghambat terjadinya kontak antara kation kalsium ( Ca+ + ) pada semen dan anion ( -) dari partikel-partikel tanah.
Pada saat penggunaan Difa Soil Stabilizer, kita harus melarutkannya ke dalam air pada tingkat
kelarutan ( molaritas) 10% . Beragamnya komponen DiFA Soil Stabilizer memperlemah fungsi negative dari humus dan akan menurunkan kadar humus itu sendiri. Kemudian, kation kalsium ( Ca+ + ) pada semen dapat menempel langsung dipermukaan tanah.
DiFA Soil Stabilizer melarutkan asam humus ( humic acid) yang terdapat di dalam tanah serta menghilangkan efek penghambatan ikatan ion, sehingga partikel tanah menjadi lebih mudah bermuatan ion negative ( anion) , sehingga kation Ca+ + dapat mengikat langsung dengan mudah pada partikel tanah
DiFA Soil Stabilizer membantu menyuplai lebih banyak ion pengganti dan membentuk senyawa
asam alumunium silica sehingga membentuk struktur sarang lebah 3 dimensi diantara partikel-partikel tanah.
Kalau pencampuran semen yang mengandung sulfur ( SO3) dengan tanah tidak melibatkan DiFA Soil Stabilizer , maka ketika bercampur dengan air tanah atau terkena air hujan, akan menghasilkan sulfuric acid yang menyebabkan terjadinya keretakan, dimana reaksi kimianya sebagai berikut : SO3 + H20 = H2SO4.
Hal ini akan berbeda jika dilibatkan DiFA Soil Stabilizer , dimana pada saat terjadi pengikatan semen pada partikel tanah dan mengering karena reaksi dehidrasi, akan terbentuk kristal-kristal yang muncul diantara campuran semen yang mengikat partikel tanah, kristal-kristal tersebut menyerupai jarum-jarum, secara intensif akan bertambah banyak

DIFA Soil Stabilizer â € “ New Material and Consultant
Di dunia ini ketergantungan terhadap jalan terus berkembang seiring dengan kebutuhan akan sarana dan prasarana transportasi. Pembangunan yang didasari dengan teknologi dan keterlibatan mesin-mesin canggih yang mulai diperkenalkan juga belum bisa meningkatkan pembangunan dan mengatasi masalah mengenai jalan raya. Bidang stabilisasi tanah mampu merekayasa tanah sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya dukung dan memperbaiki sifat tanah. Sehingga dengan mempergunakan proses stabilisasi tanah, tanah yang ada dapat ditingkatakan menjadi bahan konstruksi jalan, menggantikan fungsi batu pada lapisan pondasi bawah ( LPB) dan atau lapisan pondasi atas ( LPA) dari struktur perkerasan jalan.
Stabilisasi tanah dapat dilakukan secara mekanik, fisik dan kimiawi. Stabilisasi tanah secara mekanik antara lain dengan pemadatan ( compaction) dan drainase vertikal ( vertical drainage) ; Stabilisasi secara fisik antara lain dengan perbaikan gradasi tanah dengan menambahkan butiran tanah yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai gradasi baik ( well graded) dari keadaan sebelumnya ( poor graded) . Stabilisasi secara kimiawi antara lain dengan mempergunakan bitumen, kapur, polymer dan bahan kimia lain.
PT. DIFA MAHAKARYA dengan semangat kemandirian Indonesia dalam bidang teknologi, telah berhasil mengembangkan bahan stabilisasi tanah ( soil stabilizer) yang diberi nama DIFA SOIL STABILIZER. DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® adalah bahan aditif yang berfungsi untuk memadatkan ( solidifikasi) dan menstabilkan ( stabilizer) tanah secara fisik â € “ kimia yang berupa material serbuk halus terdiri dari komposisi mineral anorganik. DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® dikemas pada kantong 25 kg dengan karung plastik dan dikemas juga pada kantong 1 kg dengan menggunakan kantung plastik. Semua jenis tanah dapat distabilisasi dengan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® . Terutama pada tanah di daerah kurang batu dan pasir.

1 Meningkatkan parameter daya dukung tanah ( pengganti LPA dan LPB, sekaligus stabilisasi tanah dasar badan jalan) .
2 Jalan menjadi tidak lembek/ becek saat musim hujan dan tidak berdebu di musim kering.

4. CARA BASAH
Metode pelaksanaan dengan cara basah secara garis besar sama dengan metode pelaksanaan cara kering. Pada metode kering, pencampuran larutan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® + tanah + semen dilakukan secara bertahap. Untuk lebih jelasnya, metode pelaksanaan dengan cara basah adalah sebagai berikut :

JALAN DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® :
11. Meningkatkan daya dukung tanah dasar.
12. Tebal lapisan penganti LPA dan LPB cukup 20 cm, karena CBR dapat didesain e100% ( desain berdasarkan beban dan volume lalu lintas yang setara) .
13. Ikatan antara partikel bersifat mikro.
14. Tidak memerlukan penyiraman air untuk mencegah debu.
15. Mampu meningkatkan produktifitas tanaman karena tidak ada debu yang menutup stomata daun.
16. Lapisan jalan bersifat kedap air, sehingga air hujan yang jatuh tidak masuk ke tanah di bawah badan jalan. Jika tanah dasar jalan adalah tanah ekspansif dengan kembang susut yang besar, maka jalan tidak menjadi bergelombang
17. Struktur di atas jalan DIFA SOIL STABILIZER, dapat dilapisi dengan beton ( highway, landasan pacu pesawat) , aspal atau hotmix.
18. Saat musim hujan, tidak perlu penambahan batu. Jalan akan bertambah kuat jika terendam air ( sesudah umur jalan 21 hari )
19. Jika dilapisi lapisan aus ( aspal, hotmix) lapisan jalan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® tidak terlepas, meskipun aspal rusak ringan.
20. Beban kendaraan lebih merata karena nilai modulus elastisitas lebih besar dari tanah.
JALAN BATU:
10. Tidak dapat meningkatkan daya dukung tanah dasar jalan.
11. Tebal LPA dan LPB , masing-masing 30 cm dan 20 cm, dengan CBR 50% dan 80% . Sulit mendapatkan batu dengan CBR = 100%
12. Tidak ada ikatan antara batu, saling terlepas.
13. Jika jalan dari tanah, saat hujan licin dan saat kemarau berdebu.
14. Debu mengurangi produktifitas tanaman hingga 20% .
15. Lapisan jalan lolos air, sehingga air hujan yang jatuh masuk ke tanah di bawah badan jalan.
16. Harga batu mahal, karena harus didatangkan dari luar daerah lokasi.
17. Pada musim hujan lapisan batu masuk ke dalam badan jalan, sehingga perlu ditambahkan batu setiap musim hujan.
18. Meskipun dengan aspal jika aspal rusak, lapisan batu ( LPA â € “ LPB) ikut terlepas.
11. Beban kendaraan terpusat ke tanah, sehingga tanah dasar cepat rusak.

Selain itu juga Sarana DiFa Utama juga mengembangkan mikroba dan metode bioremediasi untuk pencemar minyak bumi. DiFA Soil Stabilizer adalah bahan stabilisasi dan pemadatan ( solidifikasi) tanah dan juga sebagai zat additif untuk mempertahankan fungsi tanah terutama kesuburannya, produk ini berupa material serbuk halus/ tepung terdiri dari komposisi logam dan garam/ mineral anorganik dan lain-lain, bersumber dari air laut, aman untuk makhluk hidup dan ramah lingkungan.
Fungsi Material DiFa Soil Stabilizer
Apabila partikel tanah kita lihat secara mikroskopis, maka pada permukaan tanah tersebut terdapat lapisan air yang tipis, kira-kira ketebalannya 0, 5 m. Lapisan ini memiliki kekuatan yang luar biasa, kira-kira 2.000 kg untuk setiap 1 cm2, untuk memindahkan lapisan air ini, dibutuhkan energi yang besar. Sifat air yang melekat ini agak berbeda dengan air biasa yang kita ketahui. 1 cc = 1 gram pada suhu 40C untuk air normal, tetapi air ini adalah 1 cc = 1, 4 gram. Air ini dapat bergerak dengan arah horizontal tetapi tidak dapat bergerak secara vertikal. Air inilah yang menghambat semen menjadi keras. Terbentuknya humus adalah dengan melarutnya tanaman-tanaman yang sudah mati kedalam air yang menempel pada permukaan tanah dan humus ( humic acid/ RCOOH) ini menghambat terjadinya kontak antara kation kalsium ( Ca+ + ) pada semen dan anion ( -) dari partikel-partikel tanah

Di dunia ini ketergantungan terhadap jalan terus berkembang seiring dengan kebutuhan akan sarana dan prasarana transportasi. Pembangunan yang didasari dengan teknologi dan keterlibatan mesin-mesin canggih yang mulai diperkenalkan juga belum bisa meningkatkan pembangunan dan mengatasi masalah mengenai jalan raya. Bidang stabilisasi tanah mampu merekayasa tanah sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya dukung dan memperbaiki sifat tanah. Sehingga dengan mempergunakan proses stabilisasi tanah, tanah yang ada dapat ditingkatakan menjadi bahan konstruksi jalan, menggantikan fungsi batu pada lapisan pondasi bawah ( LPB) dan atau lapisan pondasi atas ( LPA) dari struktur perkerasan jalan.
Stabilisasi tanah dapat dilakukan secara mekanik, fisik dan kimiawi. Stabilisasi tanah secara mekanik antara lain dengan pemadatan ( compaction) dan drainase vertikal ( vertical drainage) ; Stabilisasi secara fisik antara lain dengan perbaikan gradasi tanah dengan menambahkan butiran tanah yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai gradasi baik ( well graded) dari keadaan sebelumnya ( poor graded) . DiFA Soil Stabilizer adalah bahan stabilisasi dan pemadatan ( solidifikasi) tanah dan juga sebagai zat additif untuk mempertahankan fungsi tanah terutama kesuburannya, produk ini berupa material serbuk halus/ tepung terdiri dari komposisi logam dan garam/ mineral anorganik dan lain-lain, bersumber dari air laut, aman untuk makhluk hidup dan ramah lingkungan.
Fungsi Material DiFa Soil Stabilizer
Apabila partikel tanah kita lihat secara mikroskopis, maka pada permukaan tanah tersebut terdapat lapisan air yang tipis, kira-kira ketebalannya 0, 5 m. Lapisan ini memiliki kekuatan yang luar biasa, kira-kira 2.000 kg untuk setiap 1 cm2, untuk memindahkan lapisan air ini, dibutuhkan energi yang besar. Sifat air yang melekat ini agak berbeda dengan air biasa yang kita ketahui. 1 cc = 1 gram pada suhu 40C untuk air normal, tetapi air ini adalah 1 cc = 1, 4 gram. Air ini dapat bergerak dengan arah horizontal tetapi tidak dapat bergerak secara vertikal. Air inilah yang menghambat semen menjadi keras. Terbentuknya humus adalah dengan melarutnya tanaman-tanaman yang sudah mati kedalam air yang menempel pada permukaan tanah dan humus ( humic acid/ RCOOH) ini menghambat terjadinya kontak antara kation kalsium ( Ca+ + ) pada semen dan anion ( -) dari partikel-partikel tanah.
Pada saat penggunaan Difa Soil Stabilizer, kita harus melarutkannya ke dalam air pada tingkat
kelarutan ( molaritas) 10% . Beragamnya komponen DiFA Soil Stabilizer memperlemah fungsi negative dari humus dan akan menurunkan kadar humus itu sendiri. Kemudian, kation kalsium ( Ca+ + ) pada semen dapat menempel langsung dipermukaan tanah.
DiFA Soil Stabilizer melarutkan asam humus ( humic acid) yang terdapat di dalam tanah serta menghilangkan efek penghambatan ikatan ion, sehingga partikel tanah menjadi lebih mudah bermuatan ion negative ( anion) , sehingga kation Ca+ + dapat mengikat langsung dengan mudah pada partikel tanah
DiFA Soil Stabilizer membantu menyuplai lebih banyak ion pengganti dan membentuk senyawa
asam alumunium silica sehingga membentuk struktur sarang lebah 3 dimensi diantara partikel-partikel tanah.
Kalau pencampuran semen yang mengandung sulfur ( SO3) dengan tanah tidak melibatkan DiFA Soil Stabilizer , maka ketika bercampur dengan air tanah atau terkena air hujan, akan menghasilkan sulfuric acid yang menyebabkan terjadinya keretakan, dimana reaksi kimianya sebagai berikut : SO3 + H20 = H2SO4.
Hal ini akan berbeda jika dilibatkan DiFA Soil Stabilizer , dimana pada saat terjadi pengikatan semen pada partikel tanah dan mengering karena reaksi dehidrasi, akan terbentuk kristal-kristal yang muncul diantara campuran semen yang mengikat partikel tanah, kristal-kristal tersebut menyerupai jarum-jarum, secara intensif akan bertambah banyak

Di dunia ini ketergantungan terhadap jalan terus berkembang seiring dengan kebutuhan akan sarana dan prasarana transportasi. Pembangunan yang didasari dengan teknologi dan keterlibatan mesin-mesin canggih yang mulai diperkenalkan juga belum bisa meningkatkan pembangunan dan mengatasi masalah mengenai jalan raya. Bidang stabilisasi tanah mampu merekayasa tanah sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya dukung dan memperbaiki sifat tanah. Sehingga dengan mempergunakan proses stabilisasi tanah, tanah yang ada dapat ditingkatakan menjadi bahan konstruksi jalan, menggantikan fungsi batu pada lapisan pondasi bawah ( LPB) dan atau lapisan pondasi atas ( LPA) dari struktur perkerasan jalan.
Stabilisasi tanah dapat dilakukan secara mekanik, fisik dan kimiawi. Stabilisasi tanah secara mekanik antara lain dengan pemadatan ( compaction) dan drainase vertikal ( vertical drainage) ; Stabilisasi secara fisik antara lain dengan perbaikan gradasi tanah dengan menambahkan butiran tanah yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai gradasi baik ( well graded) dari keadaan sebelumnya ( poor graded) . Stabilisasi secara kimiawi antara lain dengan mempergunakan bitumen, kapur, polymer dan bahan kimia lain.
PT. DIFA MAHAKARYA dengan semangat kemandirian Indonesia dalam bidang teknologi, telah berhasil mengembangkan bahan stabilisasi tanah ( soil stabilizer) yang diberi nama DIFA SOIL STABILIZER. DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® adalah bahan aditif yang berfungsi untuk memadatkan ( solidifikasi) dan menstabilkan ( stabilizer) tanah secara fisik â € “ kimia yang berupa material serbuk halus terdiri dari komposisi mineral anorganik. DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® dikemas pada kantong 25 kg dengan karung plastik dan dikemas juga pada kantong 1 kg dengan menggunakan kantung plastik. Semua jenis tanah dapat distabilisasi dengan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® . Terutama pada tanah di daerah kurang batu dan pasir.

4. CARA BASAH
Metode pelaksanaan dengan cara basah secara garis besar sama dengan metode pelaksanaan cara kering. Pada metode kering, pencampuran larutan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® + tanah + semen dilakukan secara bertahap. Untuk lebih jelasnya, metode pelaksanaan dengan cara basah adalah sebagai berikut :

12. Tebal lapisan penganti LPA dan LPB cukup 20 cm, karena CBR dapat didesain e100% ( desain berdasarkan beban dan volume lalu lintas yang setara) .
13. Ikatan antara partikel bersifat mikro.
14. Tidak memerlukan penyiraman air untuk mencegah debu.
15. Mampu meningkatkan produktifitas tanaman karena tidak ada debu yang menutup stomata daun.
16. Lapisan jalan bersifat kedap air, sehingga air hujan yang jatuh tidak masuk ke tanah di bawah badan jalan. Jika tanah dasar jalan adalah tanah ekspansif dengan kembang susut yang besar, maka jalan tidak menjadi bergelombang
17. Struktur di atas jalan DIFA SOIL STABILIZER, dapat dilapisi dengan beton ( highway, landasan pacu pesawat) , aspal atau hotmix.
18. Saat musim hujan, tidak perlu penambahan batu. Jalan akan bertambah kuat jika terendam air ( sesudah umur jalan 21 hari )
19. Jika dilapisi lapisan aus ( aspal, hotmix) lapisan jalan DIFA SOIL STABILIZERÂ ® tidak terlepas, meskipun aspal rusak ringan.
20. Beban kendaraan lebih merata karena nilai modulus elastisitas lebih besar dari tanah.
JALAN BATU:
10. Tidak dapat meningkatkan daya dukung tanah dasar jalan.
11. Tebal LPA dan LPB , masing-masing 30 cm dan 20 cm, dengan CBR 50% dan 80% . Sulit mendapatkan batu dengan CBR = 100%
12. Tidak ada ikatan antara batu, saling terlepas.
13. Jika jalan dari tanah, saat hujan licin dan saat kemarau berdebu.
14. Debu mengurangi produktifitas tanaman hingga 20% .
15. Lapisan jalan lolos air, sehingga air hujan yang jatuh masuk ke tanah di bawah badan jalan.
16. Harga batu mahal, karena harus didatangkan dari luar daerah lokasi.
17. Pada musim hujan lapisan batu masuk ke dalam badan jalan, sehingga perlu ditambahkan batu setiap musim hujan.
