The Spiral Fluted Non-Rotating Drill Pipe / Casing ID Protectors are reinforced rubber clamps which are installed on the OD of the drill pipes in order to provide protection to the casing. This clamps offer additional downhole wear surface thus protecting the casing I.D. from wearing.

The Spiral Fluted Non-Rotating Drill Pipe / Casing ID Protectors are used especially in cases of deep hole drilling, high speed drilling, or directional drilling where chances of wearing are high.

Our Drill Pipe Protectors manufactured by using high quality spring steel cage bonded with superior quality elastomer having horizontal internal grooves. This provides greater gripping power to the protectors while retaining its shape. Spiral fluted design allows streamlined flow of the drilling fluid causing least damage to the elastomeric portion.

FEATURES:

2. Different grades of elastomer are being used to make the protectors resistance to temperature and
chemical attacks oil absorption

WORKING CONDITIONS:

1. Revata Engineering’ s Drill pipe protectors are subjected to abrasion, impact, tension and high temperature upto 160° C.

2. They will be in contact with mud possessing max. of 10% Mineral Oil, Acids, Alkies like Oxalic Acid,
Caustic Soda, Bentonite, Barites etc.
