- The AIRCHOC® : - head and vessel : 3 years
The pressure vessels are protected by galvanisation inside and out, plus one coat of paint on
the exterior.
- The accessories : 1 year
Guarantee limits
We guarantee the mechanics of our equipment, with the exception of chemical reactions due
to specific environments.
The guarantee is valid only if the recommendations for installation and operation have been
carefully followed. These instructions will be supplied when the equipment will be shipped.
May we remind you that it is
imperative that the AIRCHOC® should be supported by our hanging device or hanger
bracket and also that the compressed air used in the AIRCHOC® is lubricated. When this is
not the case, we will not be responsible for any subsequent damage.
The guarantee includes the replacement of parts. It covers any part which is faulty, or which
shows a manufacturing defect.
The guarantee does not include packing, carriage or labour costs. The faulty part should be
returned to us carriage paid. Carriage will be charged on the replacement.
In the event of our equipment being modified in any way by a third party, then our
guarantee will be invalidated, unless there is prior written agreement.
2 - Documentation
We confirm that our prices include :
- the AIRCHOC® installation drawings
To enable our R & D Department to establish a drawing showing the installation of
AIRCHOC® aircannons on your silo or hopper, we would kindly request you to send us : a
drawing of your installation or a floppy disk including the plane dimensions of your silo or
hopper, as per the software AUTOCAD.
- Start - up operation and maintenance manual
- Instruction notes for each vessel, in accordance to the directive 2009/ 105/ CE.
Property reserve clause :
In accordance with the law, the delivered goods remain our property until the invoice is
completely settled.

Description of Work: Pressurization of Building

BUILDING PRESSURIZATION

WDP-12-D1-SS, ( 208/ 230/ 1/ 60) 12" Remote Mount Pressurization unit for buildings containing no internal source of
flammable vapors or gases. The unit utilizes a primary and secondary fan to pressurize rooms. The
primary fan is controlled by a variable speed drive to maintain a safe 0.10" W.C. pressure when doorway
is closed. The secondary fan engages upon loss of safe pressure and shall generate a minimum air velocity
out doorway( s) of 60 feet per minute. Housing is ( 14 Ga. stainless steel) , painted 2 mil
epoxy primer & 2 mil white textured urethane finish.

Factory Installed User Inputs
ESD/ ECO-HW-12

ESD Inputs ( Emergency Shutdown) allows user to remotely disengage primary and secondary fans,
regardless of primary and secondary fan control switch positions.

ECO Inputs ( Emergency Control Override) allows user to remotely engage primary and secondary fans,
regardless of primary and secondary fan control switch positions.

Pressure and Alarm Set Points

PFS ( Primary Fan Speed) potentiometer adjusts primary fan speed to set building pressure. Factory set
point of 0.15" W.C., normal range of adjustment is 0.10" to 0.4" W.C.

ASP ( Alarm Set Point) potentiometer adjusts alarm set point to de-energize alarm relay at desired " low"
building pressure. Factory set point of 0.11" W.C., normal range of adjustment is 0.1" to 0.25" W.C.

Secondary Fan and Alarm Signal Delays

SFD ( Secondary Fan Delay) rotary switch adjusts time delay cycle that prohibits the secondary fan from
engaging when building pressure falls below the alarm set point.

ASD ( Alarm Signal Delay) rotary switch adjusts time delay cycle that prohibits the alarm relay from
de-energizing when building pressure falls below the alarm set point.

Unit has Third Party Approval for Class I, Division 2, Groups C& D and meets all requirements of NFPA 496, Chapter 7.

Bebco' s standard warranty does not include any accessories or equipment damaged due to incorrect
installation, plumbing, piping or wiring by others.

Accessory/ Equipment Warranty - All accessories and equipment purchased by Bebco are subject
only to the manufacturer' s warranty. Bebco' s standard warranty covers the workmanship of the
installation. Bebco shall assist in obtaining warranty information from the manufacture, regarding
accessory equipment, if a failure or defect is reported within thirty ( 30) days from date of shipment.
Bebco' s standard warranty does not include any accessories or equipment damaged due to incorrect
installation, plumbing, piping or wiring by others.

Limited Warranty - The seller warrants all products to be free from defects on Workmanship or
Materials under normal use and services as follows:
a) All Product Warranties applicable as stated in Bebco' s Terms and Conditions of Sale.
b) Mechanical integrity Limited Warranty - Warranty shall not apply unless a Bebco Service
Technician is consulted or permitted to be onsite to ensure proper repair or replacement of unit.
c) Accessory/ Equipment Limited Warranty - All accessories and equipment, purchased by Bebco
are subject only to the Manufacturer' s Warranty and covers the workmanship of the installation.

- Any change and/ or addition to the project, following acceptance of the purchase order, may result
in additional charges and/ or delays in product availability.
