Our working principle use integrated pest management concepti, a concept which emphasizes the ecological approach to control pests, namely:

* Creation of environmental conditions that do not support the existence and development of thepest.
* Use chemicals wisely only if required.

A. PEST DAN RODENT CONTROL
Pest and Rodent control in general, is to control and controlling the development of insect and rodent pests in buildings that do not grow and damage buildings and interfere with the human residents / occupants.

I. CONTROL METHOD : - PEST CONTROL

1. FUMIGATION. ( Fogging)
The instrument used is a thermal fogger and conducted only in areas outside the target insect pest by adult flies and cockroaches in the water channel.

2. CONDENSATION ( Cold Fogging)
Instruments used were ULV, and performed only on the area in a room with adults flying insect pests targeted.

3. SPRAYING
The instrument used was a hand sprayer. Used in
regions within the target insect pests such as
cockroaches and ants crawling

4. GEL BAITING
Installation of cockroach gel bait. used especially in
kitchen areas or areas that have food

II. CONTROL METHOD : - RODENT CONTROLl
1. Checking the installation of access points to close out the
entry of rats.
2. Methods of rodent control eat
3. Box where the rats used in the outer area to avoid the rain,
preventing the reach of small children and pets.

III. CHEMICAL USED
1. Pest Control : - Cypermethrin - Lambda Sihalothrin - Alfa
Cypermethrin - Cypermetrin - Zetacypermethrin - Propoxur
- Themofos - Azametifos
2. Rodent Control : - Brodifacoum - Coumatetralil

B. TERMITE CONTROL
Termites are social insects that live in groups ( colonize) and
number of termite species ranging from 2000 species of termites are grouped into six major groups of family and three of subterranean termites, dry wood termites anddamp wood termites .

Termites are classified as pests because their presence is often intrusive and detrimental to humans, including impacts on:
1. Disturb the comfortable residence.
2. Can cause a short circuit ( consleting) .
3. Destroying valuable documents.
4. Generate structural damage to buildings.

The way the entry of termites in buildings can be in several
ways, including:
1. Cracks in walls of buildings.
2. Penetration of wood into the ground.
3. Make a hole in the wall surface-wanderer, the main
characteristics of pipe.

Characteristic termites, among others:
1. To walk randomly and continuously looking for food.
2. Building a tunnel to the food source.

I. CONTROL METHOD : - TERMITE CONTROLl

1.1. METODE CHEMICALl BARRIER SYSTEM ( CBS)
Chemical Barrier Method System ( CBS) is a method of medical treatment by injection and spraying with a solution of Termiticide in soil and timber to protect the structure and content of
subterranean termites / wood.

Guaranteed for unfinished buildings ( prebuilt) are 5 ( five) years, while construction is completed ( after the construction was of 3 ( three) years

1.2. METODE TERMITE BAITING SYSTEM ( Sentricon)
Method of termite bait system ( TBS) is a system that works based on the natural behavior of termites live ( termite biology) by placing the Temple Tube Device containing termite bait
( Hexaflumuron) , these baits contain ingredients that stop the turnover of skin ( moulting) so that termites can not survive live termite colony that eventually all will die and run out.

Warranty is a guarantee provided care during minimal1 ( one) year and renewable every year with renewal fees amounting to 25% from the first contract year for each subsequent year.

II. CHEMICALS USED
Anti-termite chemical that we use are the following:
1. Metode Chemical Barrier System ( CBS) :
- Imidaclopride, Cypermethrin, Bifenthrin, etc
2. Metode Termite Baiting System ( TBS) :
- Hexaflumuron ( Sentricon)

III. PROCEDURE STATEMENTS
Our tecnisian are working on every execution is always
going to bring Slip Service to ensure that all areas have
