A New Generation of Time and Attendance System

Used wherever management of staff needs to happen in “ real time� , the Vision terminal sends information about staff arrivals and departures, as they happen, to a web site where as many sites as required can be managed with ease.

Where conventional Time and Attendance systems will tell you that staff didn’ t turn up on time, or at all, a day or a week after the event, the Vision Terminal tells you while there’ s still time to address the problem.

The Vision Terminal is ideally suited for applications such as managing cleaning staff or security personnel, where non attendance can mean the loss of hard earned contracts.

A recent development of the system has been to enable washroom polling of users as to their view of washroom cleanliness by detecting their input on a question board attached to the T& A system. The option will also manage regular staff inspection of facilities.
