Rust is a chemical reaction that takes place whenever water and/ or humidity and metal comes in contact. When this happens, the oxygen in the water or humidity steals electrons from the iron, making it unstable. The unstable molecules then bond to other molecules and then through chemical reaction the iron turns to rust. Salt in the water accelerates this process.

People and companies have come to accept rust. Why? One reason is that it is such a part of life that no one questions it, or understands it. We’ ve come to accept the high maintenance price we pay and shorter life expectancies on our equipment. Businesses budget and prepare for accelerated deterioration of all their equipment. RUST STOPPER

• Rust killer by way of converting rust into a permanent black layer of anti-rust

Suitable for use on severely rusted metal where rust had pen¬ etrated into iron structure that’ s impossible to be eliminated but only by “ killing� the rust so metal can be re-painted.

How to use:
Pour RUST STOPPER to a empty container each application, keep the liquid left in packaging is not contaminated

1. Before treating, clean first metal surface from rust & old paint, mask with wire brush, coarse sandpaper or other abrasive tools

2. Shake bottle and pour a little into plastic container. Do not use metal container because RUST STOPPER can immediately react

3. Cover metal surface with RUST STOPPER

4. Metal surface will change to black color after 15 minutes. It’ s always advisable to brush a second layer of RUST STOPPER 10 minutes after the first layer

5. In areas with high humidity, top layer will reduce the risk of peeling/ dissolving. Paint surface within 24 hours after coating with RUST STOPPER

6. Immediately wash the brush with water after use
