Punjab Agri Ventures Ltd ( PAVL) is a company engaged in manufacturing processed foods, Ready To Eat ( RTE) , frozen foods, IQF fruits and vegetables and food ingredients.

PAVL has established a world class, state of the art, ultra modern, integrated Food Processing complex. The facilities created are all PUFF Paneled, supported with best material handling equipments & with the best controlled refrigeration systems in the world.

The Integrated facilities presently cater to Processed Foods, Cold Chain Management & Fresh Agri Produce.

PROCESSING FACILITIES
PAVL facility is Column less Fully Prefabricated Panelized Structure which is spread over 10, 000 Sq. Mtrs. of processing area as per USFDA/ EU/ JAS norms using French, German, Spanish, Japanese and Italian Equipments & Technologies.

PAVL Product Range
Our products include hot-eating foods, cold-eating foods, sauces & jams, staples, fresh produce and ingredient supplies. There are always some exceptions but, generally speaking, hot-eating products are those which need to be cooked or heated for consumption. Cold-eating products are those which are ready to eat or need minimal preparation. PAVL also supplies processed fruit cuts which are used as inputs in the final products.

HOT EAT RANGE
Frozen - I.Q.F./ Blast Freezer of â € “ Fruits & Vegetables, Frozen Meals, Frozen Intermediates such as Indian Kneaded Dough, Naan, Parathas & Snacks etc.

Retorted ( Pasteurized and Sterilized) Culinary Products and applications covering, Ready To Eat ( RTEâ € ™ s) , Ready To Cook ( RTCâ € ™ s) , Cooking Pastes, Curries etc. as per the requirements of the front end.

COLD EAT RANGE
Salad and fruit cuts, dips, etc.

SAUCES & JAMS
PAVL has commissioned a high rated capacity processing, packaging and bottling line for Tomato Ketchups, Mayonnaise, Sauces, Jams, Conserves, Preserves, Salad spread & Sandwich spreads.

STAPLES
Our Staples and Dry Fruit Repacking Centre is already operational with most modern Plant and Equipments & Systems.

INGRENDIENTS
Industry specific intermediate product such as fruits cuts from papaya, pineapple, orange peels etc., osmotic dehydrated products, dehydrated vegetables & herbs or any other product as per industry specific need are processed.
