The main function of the AC4 attendant console of the Hicom 300 / 300 E / 300 H communication server is to switch external and internal voice connections. One or more consoles can be installed, depending on the size of the system and the structure of the company or organization.
Attendant terminal

The attendant terminal consists of a movable control unit, a graphical LC display, a control panel and a plug-in headset.The control panel contains:

a pad with 12 keys, 29 function and program keys for Hicom features, 24 light-emitting diodes ( LEDs) to show the status of the function and program keys, 40 freely programmable repertory keys for internal or externals users, and two keys for setting the volume of the call signal.

Pictograms emphasize the function of the control keys and allow easy operation. The graphical LC display has 12 lines each with 26 or 40 characters, depending on character size or language version.
