Total quantity : 120,000 MT per month.

Quantity per shipment: Minimum 10,000 and maximum 15,000MT +/- 10%, to be confirmed on vessels nomination

Marking: Semen Tonasa, Indonesia

Packing: 2 ply Kraft paper with PP woven inner layer of 50 kg net each

Price : Negotiated

FOB stowed and trimmed at Biringkasi port port, South Sulawesi, subject government increment, if so same to be reviewed and renegotiate and mutually agreed.

Payment: 100% by a Revolving, Irrevocable and Confirmed FOB Letter of Credit from International Prime Bank. The FOB Letter of Credit should be payable at sight by negotiation to any bank in Indonesia against the following shipping documents.
- Commercial Invoice
- B/L to be made out to the order of negotiated bank
- Certificate of Origin issued by Manufacturer
- Certificate of testing issued by the seller latest five days after completion of loading
- Pre-Shipment inspection to be issued by PT Superintending Company of Indonesia (Sucofindo)

Letter of Credit have to be received 5 (five) days after contract signed
Letter of Credit can be opened by buyer or any its group or affiliate companies.
Laycan at least 15 (fifteen) days after Letter of Credit accepted by shipper Bank
