DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES

With many years of expertise in the field of sundrying, and the introduction of oven-drying technology in 2003, OPTIMUM FINE FOODS Co. has became an industry leader in the dehydrated vegetables sector.

A recirculating heated air system, operating at varying temperatures from 20° C to 85° C upon requirement, and automatic humidity control, enable us to dehydrate almost every kind of vegetable harvested in Turkey, to any desired level of moisture. Our control systems permit an infinite variety of formats.

Air-dried aubergine, zuccini, tomato, parsley, leek, carrot, broccoli, olives and onion are available in a variety of formats -slices, strips, cubes, milled granules and powder.

Based on the technology we have implemented, we are able to prepare, pack and ship our dehydrated vegetables with or without the use of preservatives in bulk dry, IQF, or in marinated formats.

In addition to the standard vegetables mentioned above, at the request of our customers, we have also recently started to dehydrate a range of fruits, including, but not limited to, pitted dark sour cherries and orange peel.
