We can arrange SLCO Directly with the Aramco Number and Refinery number. Now we must move from a wish to a buyer who is RWA and REAL. for this we will need the following
Procedure for SLCO ,
a) A LOI with FULL Banking from the buyer along with a BCL from a TOP 25 World Bank.
b) The buyer will have to be a existing Customer who has an Aramco number and a refinery number. The Aramco Number he can keep secret and get it to the TTM but we will need the refinery details as such which will be on the LOI.
(1) Refinery /ies ownership certificate and /or location.
(2) Storage facilities certificate.
(3) Refinery Technical specifications certificate capacity and output products.
(4) Refinery registration number.
