Commissions: Total 2% (1+1). Seller’s side closed and buyer’s side free for your and our group.
Procedure: LOI with full banking, CIS, Passport copy and POF for the first tranche.
The bank closes the transaction directly with the buyer.
Condition: The bank will open an account (in London) without any cost for the buyer and where they will deposit the bond and where the buyer will realize the money transfer.
