CLEANING SERVICES TECHNOLOGY,
High pressure water jet cleaning, rotatool drilling system, dry cleaning ( vacuum cleaning) .

With the importance of an equipment maintenance, to support the productivity of production so we are very concerned in the field of cleaning services. Be it technology waterjet cleaning, rotatool drilling system, as well as dry cleaning ( vacuum cleaning) . Used to do washing equipment includes: Heat Exchangers, Reactors, reboiler, tanks, pipes, Condensor tube, vacuum tube coolers, Gland steam tube cooler, Oil cooler tube, tube generator cooler, also Boilers HRSG ( Heat Recovery Steam Generator) tube usually done with dry cleaning technology. Here we also include the method of cleaning pipes and some of our tools as a support job.

For washing or cleaning of heat exchangers, coolers, tanks, pipes and reactors are usually enough to use with pressure waterjet technology between 8000 to 18, 000 Psi. But for the reboiler or heat exchanger whose applications EDC, VCM, Latex usually we do with technology rotatool drilling system and then rinsed with waterjet or combining these two technologies. As for cleaning the boiler HRSG ( Heat Recovery Steam Generator) which has the SCR ( Selective Catalytic Reduction) must be done by way of Dry Cleaning / Vacuum Cleaning, the goal that the fins of the HRSG is not damaged and protected from corrosion.

Some service jobs we used to do that makes us more experienced, professional and increasingly understood to complete a piece of equipment to function normally again with maximum performance. For the material / product support services such as supporting the work we also have an excellent resource and quality, with industry standards that can be trusted and competitive rates.

Also we supported by big company and manufacturer in handling various big project, so that we can handle the : AC DESIGN, Over haul, Repair, Replacement etc.
