Indian OCEAN GARNET SAND, Aka, IOGS, is the leading producers of High Quality Garnet from India, has an experience of over 25 years in this field. The Company has Three Processing facilities â € “ one near the mines for pre-concentration and Two final processing units, are situated in the southern port-town of Tuticorin in Tamilnadu. IOGS is an ISO 9001: 2000 certified company by TUV Suddeutschland for all the processing facilities and quality compliance to international standards. Mr Manickam Ramesh, Director Transgold Garnet Malaysia SDN BHD has taken charge of the operations of IOGS in 1997. As a young entrepreneur, he was focused to modernize the operations to improve efficiency and quality. Within a decade he had brought in several innovations n the Wet Gravity Circuit for efficient separation of heavy minerals. Under his stewardship the companyâ € ™ s production capacity has increased multifold. Indian Ocean Garnet sands Co Pvt Ltd produces high-grade almandine Garnet, which is the hardest amongst Garnet varieties. Our garnet is highly inert and will not react with any other material or surface. The chloride and conductivity levels are very low, so the surface coated paints will not be withered and will withstand for a long time. Abrasive Blasting Grade Four major blasting grades are produced by TGM namely; Grade 12/ 24 Grade 20/ 40 Grade 30/ 60 The are used for sand blasting, application in offshore rigs, general marine, structural steel, oil storage vessels, rail-car containers 9mild steel and stainless) , high chrome/ nickel steels, in sites requiring low dusting limits, jobs requiring consistent profile to specification, pipes, etc. IOGS garnet with precise size and low dust is effective in cutting stainless steel, marbles, granites titanium alloys, granite glasses, garments, etc, with high accuracy to any geometrical shape. Being harder and heavier it cuts faster also. IOGS has a dedicated plant exclusively to produce water jet cutting grades which uses the material processed through cross flow separators and through spiral concentrators that are free of dust and silt. The product is of correct grain size distribution without any oversize material and free of dust and hence gives trouble free performances without checking and clogging of the nozzles. The major water jet cutting grades produced by the company are: 60 mesh 80 mesh 120 mesh Advantage Unique advantages of Water Jet Grade Garnet Our company is a specialized producer of Water Jet Grades. Our products are marketed and are approved for their excellent quality. All our grades are precise in their size and highly pure. The unique three-stage screening system with fully enclosed final screening ensures free flow product with no oversize particle. The washing system ensures the product is dust free and free from chloride. The well-controlled grain size distribution ensures efficient and accurate cutting profiles. | ||
