1. CARRYING IDLER
For transporting bulk material with the trough angle from 20Ú through 45Ú in general.

2. IMPACT IDLER
For the loading part to conveyor a lump material.

3. TRANSITION IDLER
For adjusting the angle of transporting & bulk material with
trough angle from 5Ú through 25Ú

4. SELF ALIGNING CARRYING IDLER
For preventing the carrying belt from off-line, particularly
needed for curved conveyors.

5. SELF ALIGNING RETURN IDLER
For preventing return belt from off-line, particularly needed
for curved conveyors.

6. RETURN IDLER
For supporting the return belt with less than 2,400mm in with.

7. RUBBER DISC RETURN IDLER
Return idlers with rubber ring used for sticky conveying
materials.

8. SPIRAL RETURN IDLERS
Not only cleans itself, but keeps the belt cleans and doublespiral
configuration minimizes belt training problems such as
misalignment.
