Keterangan :

We proposes You to participate in the Investments Projects on creation of the chain of the shopping centers “MARK� in West Ukraine.
We have four investment proposals that can be realized together with one Strategic Investor or can work with different investors (henceforth Investor) to realize each project.

Project No.1. We plan to build new rather small shopping centers in Stryj town, Lviv region, West Ukraine (5,400 sq.m). Investment - EURO 4.32 mln.

Project No.2. We have already built and put in use by ourselves the first shopping center in our “MARK� chain in Lviv City (9,200 sq.m) and now plan to enlarge it to 22,200 sq.m by creating the new 13,000 sq.m of the shopping premises. Investment - EURO 10.4 mln.

Project No.3. Also we plan to build the third large shopping-office center in Lviv City (50,000 sq.m). Investment - EURO 65 mln.

Project No.4. Besides, we are owner of the land plot in Uzhgorod town 5.98 hectares, an attractive place for any shopping or production unit.

The investments involved from our Investor(s) for Projects 1-3 will cover the building costs.
The form of investment involvement is to be an international loan for 10 years with effective annual interest rate 12%. Mortgage – the shopping centers that are to be built plus shopping center “MARK� in Lviv that is already in use. The owner of the three enlarged and newly built shopping centers will be the Ukrainian Partner.

Medium-term future. After the realization of the projects Ukrainian Partner has plans to build the forth and fifth shopping centers. Therefore the Ukrainian Partner could propose the long-term cooperation, including restructure of the loans.

We also can consider the possibility of the other legal concepts of the partnership, which can suppose the share holding with regard to the projects in particular Project 3 (to be negotiated with the Investor).
