Electrical Specifications
1. LED traffic signals have a control system that produce appropriate operation voltage.
2. Operation Voltage

• Operation voltage of LED traffic signals shall be 50 V ± 220 V and have the frequency of 50 Hz.

3. Electrical isolation
• The isolator surface of LED traffic signals can bear electrical voltage of 1000VAC. ( Isolator resistance is more than 30 M& .)
4. The electric power of signals with voltage of 220 VAC and the frequency of 50 Hz:
A) Green Light: 12 W
B) Red Light: 10 W
The switching board has the minimum electrical power of 20 W.
5. Longevity
• LED traffic signals life time is 100, 000 hours.
6. For green and red signals, appropriate time of measuring luminous intensity is 5 minute and for yellow signals is immediately after turning on.

8. The used LEDs are traffical LEDs and have luminous intensity of 3, 0 candle.

2 : Technical specification of LED pedestrian signal body:
1. All the parts of Alton Ray Company’ s pedestrian signal bodies are made of black-coloured polycarbonate materials. They are anti UV and moisture and dust resistant. They also can work in temerature between -35 to + 85° C.
It is important to know that LED pedestrian signal bodies are made of recyclable polymer materials and they are environment friendly.
2. All the parts of traffic signal bodies are designed in a way that can be opened, closed and replaced easily.
3. Allthe sizes and dimensions are in accordance with European Standards.
4. All the traffic signal poles and its joints are designed in a way that can be adjusted to vertical axis. Its poles are very firm and they are replaceable. They will not deflect or bend easily.
5. You can see production date, type of material and name of company on all the main parts of traffic signal ( like body and door ) , you can determine the production date of products from this table.
6. There is a special plastik between door and body of traffic signal that make it water and dust resistant.
7. 0n accordance with IEC529 satndard, it meets IP53.
8. LED traffic signal body has three seperate houses that connect together with three screw. There are signal poles in upper and lower part of traffic signal that help to install signal to the traffic signal pillar. It help to adjust appropriate visual angle and a cable that go through it.
9. Traffic signals have one year garranty and its life time is 5 years.
