Disposal of leftover concrete from the inside of a concrete truck drum at the end of each day is a great concern of the ready mixed concrete producers. The current practices for the disposal of leftover concrete include dumping at the job site or dumping at a landlfill. Most of the traditional disposal systems are no longer environmentally accepted. In addition to the left over concrete, waste concrete is also generated during the process of washing the inside of a concrete truck drum at the end of each day . This truck waste water is a hazardous substance. (It contains caustic soda and potash) and its disposal is very difficult. Alternate solution is to recycle the left over concrete to recover sand, stone, mud and water.
To over come these problems and to recover material from concrete waste, We have introduced the SENTAI Waste Concrete Recycling Machine. The SENTAI equipment is simple in structure and it seperates sand, stone and water. The seperated sand has smooth surface. The ash content in the seperated sand is < 1% and water content is < 3-5%. The seperated water is recyclable and there is no contaminated water left for draining out. The equpment is designed is such a way that is simple to operate and easy to clean and repair.
