| Keterangan: | A cone crusher crushed rock by squeezing the rock between an eccentrically gyrating spindle, which is covered by a wear resistant mantle, and the enclosing concave hopper, covered by a manganese concave or a bowl liner. As rock enters the top of the cone crusher, this crusher becomes wedged and squeezed between the mantle and the bowl liner or concave. Large pieces of ore are crushed once, and then fall to a lower position ( because they are now smaller) where they are crushed again. This process continues until the pieces are small enough to fall through the narrow opening at the bottom of the crusher.
The cone crusher is characterized by great crushing force, high efficiency, great capacity, low cost, convenient adjustment and economical application, etc. Due to reasonable selection of components and design of structure, service life of the equipment is long. It crushed products are with even grain to decrease the cyclic load. Large and medium-sized crushers adopt hydraulic cavity cleaning system so as to reduce the down-time. There are a lot of types of crushing cavities for each type of crusher. Customers can select according to their different requirements.
Working principle:
The motor is forced by eccentric sleeve through belt pulley or coupling, driving shaft and the cone to oscillate and rotate around a certain axis, so as to make the crushing wall close to and far away from surface of the liner plate fixed on the adjusting sleeve. The ore is crushed by continuous impact, extrusion and flexural action in the crushing cavity. When non-broken foreign materials pass through the crushing cavity or the cone crusher is overloaded for some reasons, the spring safe system begins to protect the equipment by expanding the discharging outlet to discharge the foreign materials from the crushing cavity.
If the foreign materials are stuck at the discharge outlet, use cavity-cleaning system to further expand the outlet, so as to discharge the foreign materials from the crushing cavity. Under the action of spring, the discharge outlet recovers by itself, and the equipment returns to normal |
