We wish to confirm with full corporate responsibility, that we are ready, willing and able to transact and sell the commodity of Heavy Melting Scrap, HMS # 1-2, with the following specifications, term & conditions. Sales & Purchases will be conducted based on the international procedures:
PRODUCT : Heavy Melting Scrap, HMS 1-2 (80:20)
DESCRIPTION : Heavy Melting Steel R11; steel scrap including and not limited to plates, beams, rods, structural steel, used rails.
QUALITY : Clean scrap without slag, dross, trash, wood, plastic, oily parts, grease, alloy, prohibited goods, whole sets of machine, vehicles and usable parts for machines, cast iron, motor turning blocks, engine blocks, war and explosive or arm our plated materials, excessive rust, corrosion, dust and dirt, mud or wastes and maximum harmless impurities is less than 0.1%.
Scrap is without harmful impurities and totally free of any type of explosive, including, but not limited to bombs, arms, ammunitions, torpedoes, mines, shells, cartridges, sealed containers or tanks or envelops, gas cylinders, explosive material, etc.
Scrap is also totally free of radioactive contamination and poisonous material exceeding the level accepted and allowed by international acceptable norms. Iron and steel scrap cargoes are totally explosive free, ecologically pure. Not exceeding the level of radiation allowed by the existing norms to process the scrap for re-melting.
