Effervescent Morning fresh of Planet Herbs is a natural medicine which exclusively designed for optimal digestive health and wellbeing. Morning Fresh promotes digestive health and bowel regularity. Planet Herbs Morning Fresh is a food fibre containing powdered psyllium seed husk with an orange flavour. It is used for mild diarrhoea, chronic constipation and irritable bowel syndrome. A daily serving of Morning Fresh improves digestion and the regularity of the bowels.

Research has also shown that psyllium also helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels.

Use & indications: Use for occasional or chronic constipation, and for constipation associated with irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis, haemorrhoids, convalescence and pregnancy. May be beneficial as part of a cholesterol-lowering program.

Dosage: Adults and children over 12 years: One serving of the measuring spoon ( 5gm) morning and evening.Children 6-12 years: ½ serving morning and evening.Stir into 150 ml water or juice and drink immediately, followed by additional water.
