Quantity: 200, 000 MT
Destination: FOB Vladivostok
Payment: Buyer' s bank issue 100% Irrevocable, Transferable Documentary L/ C
Seller Provides 2% Performance Bond
SGS Report to be borne by Seller

SALES AND BANKING PROCEDURES
Procedure:
1. Buyer issue ICPO + BCL
2. After verification of POF Seller Issue FCO + Soft Agreement.
3. Buyer sign & stamp and return FCO + soft agreement
4. Seller/ issues original final Approved and Legalized Contract via Email .Both party lodges contracts in Respective banks.
5. Seller / issue Performa Invoice and a Letter of Guarantee that POP will be issued upon receipt of any pre-advise as stated below.
6. Buyer issue by any of this: MT103-23, DLC, SBLC, BG, MT799.
7. Seller Post 2% PB to Buyer Bank.
8. Seller / issues Full set of complete POP ( SGS report, Bill of Lading, ) in the name of the Buyer as the owner of the said product
9. Delivery commence as scheduled
10. Buyer pays 100% at sight by MT103.

Price: US $ 560 per Mt ( commission' ll be devided by each group, USD5.0 per Mt )
Origin: Russia
Quantity: 300, 000 MT/ Month for 12 months
Destination: CIF AWSP
Payment: Buyer' s bank issue 100% Irrevocable, Transferable Revolved Divisible Documentary L/ C for the total amount.
Seller Provides 2% Performance Bond
SGS Report to be borne by Seller
