Dear Sirs,
How are you?
We are Grain Trade Solution Company (G.T.S) registered in Amman-Jordan and we are member of Jordan chamber of commerce and Amman chamber of commerce.
We are in grain business and looking for a solid and reputable company which can export grain (Wheat &Barley mainly) for the ministry of trade and industry in Jordan.
We will participate in tenders on your company's behalf and we will do all the business here in Jordan with the ministry.
We have a very good relations in the ministry and we have a good position to win most tenders if we have the right supplier.
The ministry announced for new tender for 100.000 MT of Wheat and the close date is June 25 so we need your reply soon to start preparing for the tender and to send you all needed documents and the agent agreement so we need your fast respond to start the procedures of tender.
we will need from you an authorization letter as your authorized representative because here in Jordan foreign companies couldn't participate in these tenders only with the following conditions:
(A) A LOCAL TENDEREE WHO WISHES TO PARTICIPATE IN TENDERS MUST PROVIDE REGISTRATION IN THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE AND TO ENCLOSE VALID CERTIFICATES IN THE OFFER. OFFERS WHICH DO NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE IGNORED.
(B) FOREIGN COMPANIES WISHING TO PARTICIPATE DIRECTLY MUST HAVE A REGISTERED OFFICES OR AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES in THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE IN JORDAN (Companies Control Department). Either registered in the Commercial Record or in the (Companies Control Department) with a letter of non-objection.
(C) A PERSON PARTICIPATING ON BEHALF OF ANY COMPANY MUST BE
AUTHORIZED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER AND MUST PRESENT DOCUMENT TO PROVE IT.
